Anime Girl Wants Sex Instead

Text on the meme

THIS MOVIE AGAIN? ЖМУРКИ CAN'T WE JUST HAVE SEX INSTEAD?

What it means

An anime girl lounges on the floor watching an old television that is showing the Russian film «Жмурки», with a remote nearby. She asks, “Can’t we just have sex instead?” as a crude, absurd reaction to having to watch the same movie again. The meme is sent jokingly to suggest skipping a repetitive activity in favor of sex.
