New Web Browser in C++

Text on the meme

I'll have a... new web browser written in C++ How original with a pushover BSD license Daring today, aren't we

What it means

A six-panel SpongeBob meme shows a fish announcing a new web browser written in C++ with a pushover BSD license, while Squidward sarcastically reacts with “How original” and “Daring today, aren't we.” The joke mocks the repetitive, unoriginal nature of announcing yet another browser project with familiar technical choices.
