Teto Fans Are Genuinely Insane

Text on the meme

yall remember when i made a tweet saying teto fans are genuinely insane my contraption

What it means

A pink Kasane Teto plush or figure is mounted to a bizarre mechanical contraption and violently swung around in a room. The joke is that the contraption visually proves the claim that Teto fans are genuinely insane, presenting an absurd fan-made invention as evidence.
