Sorry I’ve Never Heard of Toilet Paper
WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT IS?!! I'M SICK OF PEOPLE SAYING THAT! PEOPLE ACT AS THOUGH THEIR OWN KNOWLEDGE BASE IS THE STANDARD FOR EVERYONE!!! WE'RE TOTALLY DIFFERENT PEOPLE WE ALL ACT LIKE WE KNOW EVERYTHING! WHEN IN FACT NOT A SINGLE ONE OF US UNDERSTAND A FRACTION OF A PERCENTAGE OF THIS WORLD... SO I'M SORRY THAT I'VE NEVER HEARD OF "TOILET PAPER"!
A hand-drawn animated comic shows a frustrated green person arguing with a purple figure, followed by surreal illustrations of different perspectives, an all-knowing brain, and Earth in space. The speaker launches into a grand reflection about how nobody understands more than a tiny fraction of the world, then sarcastically apologizes for not knowing what toilet paper is. The emphatic dialogue, escalating visuals, music, and sigh-like delivery make the punchline feel mock-philosophical and absurd.
You mean you don't know what that is? How? Ugh. I'm sick of people saying that. Have you ever heard of a blind spot? People act as though their own knowledge base is the standard for everyone. We're totally different people who've had totally different life experiences. We all act like we know everything. In fact, not a single one of us understand a fraction of a percentage of this world. So I'm sorry that I've never heard of toilet paper.
