This hurts so good acupressure mat

This hurts sooo good 😫 🖕🏿 BRAIN FOREHEAD EYE THYROID LUNG SHOULDER STOMACH LIVER HEART PANCREAS KIDNEY SPLEEN Much better 🥹 🖕🏿

A person in black pants and slides steps onto a colorful acupressure foot mat covered with small plastic spikes. The first caption says “This hurts sooo good,” as the person endures the painful pressure, then after walking across the mat the caption changes to “Much better,” turning exaggerated discomfort into a joke about relief and wellness. The clip works as a reaction to something painfully effective or an unpleasant experience that ultimately makes you feel better.
