TAKE On me Me on On me Me on On me Me on On me Me on On me

What it means

A hand-drawn handsome anime-style man appears beneath the word “TAKE,” with tear-off tabs repeatedly reading “On me” and “Me on.” The joke is a playful visual inversion of the phrase “take me on,” used as an absurd reaction to volunteering for a challenge or confrontation.
