Snake Venom Becomes Venomous Snake
SECRETS OF SNAKES Snake Venom Of the 3,000 or so snake species on Earth, somewhere between 250 and 500 have venom that can do serious damage to humans. But—like most chemical weaponry in nature—snake venom is not primarily about us. Sometimes it functions to immobilize prey quickly; sometimes it weakens prey animals so they are easier to subdue; sometimes, enzymes in the venom even begin digesting prey—from the inside out—as soon as the snake bites.
A camera moves past a snake-venom information sign in an exhibit, which gradually dissolves into a close-up of Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid V, known as Snake, wearing an eyepatch and military gear. The joke is the visual word association: the phrase “snake venom” transitions into the iconic Snake character, while Duran Duran’s dark synth-pop track “Invisible” gives the transformation a dramatic, surreal mood.
I think that's what I'm saying.
