be not afraid

What it means

A worker in an orange hard hat stands before a bizarre star-shaped cluster of orange traffic cones, captioned “be not afraid.” The joke presents the unsettling cone arrangement as a frighteningly strange angel, parodying the biblical phrase associated with angels appearing to humans.
