Mexican Cartel Activity Plummets

Text on the meme

Just in: Mexican Cartel activity has plummeted following the release of DragonBall: Sparking Zero

What it means

A fake news headline claims that Mexican cartel activity has plummeted after the release of the Dragon Ball fighting game Sparking Zero, alongside a graph of Mexico's flag and dramatic Dragon Ball characters. The joke absurdly suggests that cartel members abandoned crime to play the new game, making it a reaction to an exaggerated gaming obsession.
