Favorite Lobotomy Before and After
his is my favorite lobotomy before and after picture ever would get one if I saw this on the news Before After
A black-and-white before-and-after image shows a serious bespectacled man on the left and the same man bald, holding a cigar, on the right. The joke falsely presents the drastic transformation as a lobotomy and humorously says the viewer would want one after seeing the news. It is used as an absurd reaction to news or media that makes someone want to lose their mind.
