I think the electrician guy scammed me
A person holds a cup under a coffee machine and shows a strange, watery drink being dispensed. The joke is that the drink looks so bad or diluted that the machine seems to have been installed or wired incorrectly by an electrician, who must have scammed them. It is used as an absurd reaction to a disappointing result or suspiciously poor service.
