Please don't let rat escape. She looks like this

What it means

A handwritten note taped to a window asks people not to let a rat escape and includes a simple drawing of a round, mouse-like rat. The humor comes from the absurdly cute and harmless-looking depiction, making the warning feel unexpectedly endearing.
