Robo-Fortune from Skullgirls nervously tries to order a cheeseburger at McDonald’s alone for the first time. The joke is the awkward, grammatically incorrect request, portraying a person overwhelmed by a simple fast-food order. It is used as a reaction to being inexperienced, anxious, or unsure how to handle an ordinary situation.
