Dilly Dally Shilly Shally Tifa, what the fuck? What the fuck are you saying????
A scene from Final Fantasy VII shows Tifa speaking while Cloud looks completely confused. The joke is that Tifa says the nonsensical phrase “Dilly Dally Shilly Shally,” prompting Cloud to angrily ask what she is saying. It is used as a reaction to incomprehensible or bizarre speech.
