Muammar Gaddafi’s Hobby

I'M Muammar Gaddafi I'm the leader of Libya MY HOBBY IS attempting to create an African Union.

A manga-style girl introduces herself as Muammar Gaddafi, the leader of Libya, and says her hobby is attempting to create an African Union. The joke references Gaddafi’s political ambition to promote African unity and is used as an absurd, historically themed reaction to someone’s unusual hobby or grand plan.
