Celtic Germanic Latin argument

Text on the meme

Go hang with the G*rmanics But I’m Celtic like you Go hang with the Lat*n's But I’m Germanic like you Ew, f♥k off. But I’m Latin like you

What it means

A young man holding a French flag tries to join different groups of people represented by national flags, claiming Celtic, Germanic, and Latin identity. Each group rejects him because the French flag does not match the claimed cultural category, ending with an insult. The meme is used as an absurd reaction to someone forcing a connection that clearly does not fit.
