We Love Israel

Text on the meme

we love israel

What it means

A bloodied young person sits in front of an Israeli flag with the caption “we love israel.” The dark joke is the contrast between the patriotic statement and the person’s visibly injured, beaten appearance, making it a grimly ironic reaction to intense political conflict.
