It Doesn't Work in the Rain

Text on the meme

it doesn't work...

What it means

A simple black-and-yellow stick figure stands in heavy rain while the caption says “it doesn't work...”. The figure’s helpless pose and the dramatic Susumu Hirasawa song “Gats” turn an ordinary failure into an absurdly epic reaction to something not working.
