Big Ben Needs a Modern Upgrade

Not sure if you guys have noticed, but the Big Ben clock tower is extremely outdated. For example, what are these? Hieroglyphics? What's the point of a clock if no one can actually read it? Let's just scrap the whole thing and replace it with something sleek and modern so people can actually tell the time. Also, the bell. We can do better. I propose a new sound that will occur once every three minutes. Let me know what you guys think.
