Alternate Welsh Flag Warning

Text on the meme

Important: Just because a flag is on Wikipedia it does not mean it's in any way official. Example: This alternate Welsh flag

What it means

A screenshot presents a red dragon-shaped alternate Welsh flag on a white-and-green background, warning that appearing on Wikipedia does not make a flag official. The joke is the absurd unofficial design being presented as an example of a supposedly Welsh flag.
