ADHD Finally Starts the Task

Text on the meme

My ADHD ass trying to start a 20min task I’ve delayed for 3 days. TO-DO LIST DATE 4/16/2023 TO DO PRIORITIES APPOINTMENTS/CALLS NOTES vacation days to request off

What it means

A man sits in front of a to-do list, visibly struggling before suddenly becoming animated and starting to sing. The joke is about the absurd mental effort of finally beginning a tiny task after procrastinating for several days, making it a relatable ADHD reaction meme.
