Therapist Stealing My Joke

Text on the meme

me seeing the therapist not laugh at my joke and start to take notes (he's stealing the joke)

What it means

An anime character’s expression shifts from wary to intensely suspicious as he watches a therapist take notes instead of laughing at his joke. The joke is that he assumes the therapist is secretly writing down and stealing his material, turning a normal therapy session into an absurdly threatening reaction. Hideki Taniuchi’s “Light no Theme” adds ominous, dramatic music that makes the suspicion feel comically serious.
