EMERGENCY ALERTS Presidential Alert h

What it means

A smartphone lock screen shows an emergency presidential alert containing only the letter “h.” The absurdly incomplete official-sounding message is funny because it presents meaningless text as a serious national emergency, making it useful as a reaction to confusion or nonsense.
