How Do I Give Shoulder?

Text on the meme

Hi Mom Hi sweetheart, My boyfriend has dandruff. What can I do about it ? Give him head & shoulder How do I give shoulder?

What it means

A WhatsApp-style chat shows a daughter asking her mother how to deal with her boyfriend’s dandruff. The mother replies “Give him head & shoulder,” confusing the Head & Shoulders shampoo brand with the literal body parts, and the daughter takes it literally. It is a pun-based reaction meme about misunderstanding an idiom or product reference. EN: A WhatsApp-style chat shows a daughter asking her mother how to deal with her boyfriend’s dandruff.
