Tbilisi Still Exists

Text on the meme

guys i have bad news Tbilisi still exists

What it means

A lone figure stands on a stage facing an enormous crowd beneath a dramatic sunset and announces that Tbilisi still exists. The joke treats the continued existence of the city as terrible news, making it an absurd reaction meme for mock disappointment or catastrophically bad updates.
