Me n Who Confusion

Text on the meme

me n who????

What it means

Two alternative-looking teenagers sit side by side indoors, with the girl looking away and the boy staring at her under the caption “me n who????”. The joke is a self-deprecating reaction to not recognizing or remembering the person someone is associated with, often used to express confusion or social awkwardness.
