Wanted a Good Day But Started Thinking

Text on the meme

wanted to have a good day but started thinking

What it means

A sad yellow emoji character stands against a white background beneath the captions “wanted to have a good day” and “but started thinking.” The joke is that overthinking immediately ruins the intention to have a good day, making it relatable as a reaction to intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or a sudden change in mood.
