NEON GENESIS EVANGELION THE END OF EVANGELION

What it means

A three-panel collage pairs bloodshot, blue, and crying eyes with cannabis, colorful pills, and the poster for The End of Evangelion. The joke suggests escalating drug use or emotional damage ending in an intensely surreal anime experience, making it useful as an absurd reaction to psychological overload.
