What it means

EN: A person dressed as Kobeni from Chainsaw Man makes double peace signs on a staircase, then appears in a long wig making bizarre faces and poses. The joke is the abrupt contrast between the serious character-style captions and the sudden goofy transformation, making it useful as a chaotic cosplay or reaction video.
