The Dreamers on the Bus

by BERNARDO BERTOLUCCI The DREAMERS

A young man and woman sit beside each other on public transport while holding hands, with the title of Bernardo Bertolucci’s film The Dreamers overlaid above them. The joke comes from presenting an ordinary intimate moment as a dramatic, cinematic scene, often used to mock romantic or overly artsy situations.
