V-Tuber stream goes horribly

Text on the meme

“Watch this V-Tuber, their streams are so funny” Their streams:

What it means

A social-media post recommends a V-Tuber, then cuts to a crude animated catgirl sitting on the grass and crying hysterically. The joke is that the supposedly funny stream is actually just prolonged, absurd sobbing, amplified by the crying-like audio and music.
