They were making meatballs. The first thing I noticed was that the design kind of looked like SpongeBob clouds. And the inside was not what I was expecting either. Though granted, I didn't really know what I was expecting. It sort of reminded me of sea urchin. I dropped them in an egg mustard coating, breadcrumbs, and fried. Once they were crispy, I finished them with salt and some lemon. Now I'm not gonna lie to you guys and say these were the best things I've ever made. They were sort of minerally, but overall, not terrible.
