Mangelista pigs are hardy animals, able to withstand cold climates and live in the wild. The characteristic that makes the Mangelista pigs unique is their superior meat quality. The fat content in the meat of Mangelista pigs can be as much as 50%, which is 10% higher than most other breeds of pigs.
