What it means

A large artillery shell lies on the forest floor with a handwritten YouTube link on its casing, while another shell or metal tube stands behind it. The absurd joke is that a dangerous military projectile is marked like a casual piece of online promotion, turning ammunition into a bizarre advertisement or internet meme.
