EN: Vietnam soldiers in the jungle take turns smoking through a rifle barrel, using it as an improvised bong, while the audio discusses widespread marijuana use among American troops in Vietnam. The joke comes from the absurd and dangerous way they choose to smoke; the clip is shared as a reaction to collective madness, reckless relaxation, or “we don’t care.”

I heard this is probably all sids and we're getting busted but I don't care. Shut down. What's happening here is also happening to some extent at virtually every other American installation in Vietnam. Recent surveys estimate that well over 50% of the soldiers in Vietnam use marijuana.
