What it means

A creepy black sleep paralysis demon stands beside a cheerful chibi anime girl while presenting an overly enthusiastic list of messages about becoming friends. The joke is the contrast between the terrifying demon and its awkward, misspelled friendliness, making it a reaction to someone or something unsettling that desperately wants approval.
