Boys When a Scammer Calls

A video meme shows a four-panel montage of men answering phone calls, including Patrick Bateman and Walter White, while the caption contrasts girls complaining after twenty calls with boys eagerly answering a scammer. The joke is that unwanted scam calls are treated by the men as exciting attention, with the dramatic montage and The Neighbourhood’s moody song “Softcore” making their reactions feel comically intense.
