The caption jokes that German songs may describe nuclear war, but people who do not understand German only hear catchy music and happily dance along. The upbeat synth-pop mood makes the contrast between the grim subject and their carefree dancing even funnier. EN: Four young men dance energetically in a room while Nena’s “99 Luftballons” plays.
