EN: A man running across a snowy area slips and falls, and the video cuts to the opening animation of Naruto: Shippuden. His fall is matched with anime characters descending to the song Blue Bird, turning a minor accident on an icy path into an epic and tragic anime moment. Ikimonogakari’s “Blue Bird,” with its bright, energetic J-pop rock sound, makes the fall feel dramatically overblown and funny. It is used as a reaction to slipping spectacularly or when an ordinary moment suddenly feels like an anime opening.
