Dead Like This in the Shower

My biggest fear is slipping in the shower and somebody finding me dead like this:

A hairless cat lies motionless on its back in an exaggerated, awkward pose on a bed, with brown cushions beside its head. The caption jokes about the fear of dying in the shower and being found in an embarrassingly ridiculous position, making the image a darkly absurd reaction meme.
