A Reddit post describes strange voices, repeating sounds, and shifting bass frequencies heard on radio station 96.7 near Progress Ridge. The punchline is the comment “Aphex Twin marathon,” suggesting the supposedly mysterious broadcast is simply experimental electronic music by Aphex Twin. This meme is used as a reaction to bizarre noises or confusing audio that turns out to be intentionally weird.
