EN: Donald Trump stands at an official ceremony beside an older man in a suit, applauds him and touches his shoulder, after which the man leaves while Trump keeps clapping and remains alone. The joke is the impression that Trump forgot he had already completed the presentation, matching the caption about Alzheimer’s disease. Applause and footsteps can be heard, and their prolonged continuation heightens the awkward absurdity of the scene.
