What it means

A screenshot of a tweet describing an app that automatically sends repeated “I love you” messages to the author’s wife whenever he opens a private browser to watch porn. The joke is the absurdly transparent cover-up: instead of hiding his behavior, the app floods his wife with suspicious declarations of love until she begs him to stop. Used as a reaction to overcomplicated attempts to conceal something embarrassing.
