He Says You're His Waifu

Text on the meme

See that guy over there? He says you're his waifu

What it means

Two anime-style girls are shown close together, with one whispering into the other’s ear. The joke is that the whisper reveals a guy has called the listener his “waifu,” making the situation awkward and embarrassing; it is used as a teasing reaction to someone being romantically idealized by an anime fan.
