IN HONOUR OF THE SOUTH SAXONS, WE SHALL CALL OUR NEWLY CONQUERED LAND "SUSSEX" WHICH I'M SURE IS A MAGNIFICENT NAME THAT WILL ENDURE THE TEST OF TIME
Two Doge characters dressed as medieval Anglo-Saxon warriors stand with shields, swords, helmets and an axe against a coastal landscape.
