Get Off the Streets Interpreter
GOV. PATRICK: "GET OFF THE STREETS"
A press conference shows several officials standing solemnly while a sign-language interpreter dramatically gestures and signs beside them. The joke is the interpreter’s intense, almost theatrical delivery contrasted with the politicians’ serious expressions, making it useful as a reaction to exaggerated emotion or a forceful warning.
