A bizarre low-budget cartoon repeatedly presents a grotesque long-necked creature and an uncanny brown horse while a cheerful narrator sings about a “funny horsey.” The joke comes from the mismatch between the child-friendly presentation and the disturbing visuals, ending with an incongruous black-metal studio credit card and a return to the creature. The repetitive narration, cheerful music, and occasional ding or clang make the clip feel like a surreal children’s television segment parody.
