Leaving Evangelion After Therapy

Me leaving the Neon Genesis Evangelion Community after getting therapy

What it means

Guts from Berserk walks away into the distance after supposedly receiving therapy, framed as someone finally escaping the emotionally damaging Neon Genesis Evangelion community. The joke contrasts therapy and personal growth with the dramatic, stoic imagery of Guts departing while Susumu Hirasawa’s intense, melancholic song “Gats” makes the exit feel epic and strangely triumphant.
