While Others Talk, Some Act
While others talk about climate change Some act
A collage contrasts people passionately talking about climate change with Kim Jong-un supposedly taking action: appearing in a field, pointing to North Korea on a map, riding a horse, and planting trees. The joke is sarcastic propaganda, portraying Kim as the only leader who actually does something while everyone else merely talks.
