NOT FUNNY DIDN'T LAUGH

What it means

A blurry purple Barney-like dinosaur dances or flails indoors while the caption declares “NOT FUNNY” and “DIDN'T LAUGH.” The joke is an exaggeratedly dismissive reaction, used to reject an unfunny joke or awkward attempt at humor; the energetic music and dancing make the deadpan insult absurdly dramatic.
